Choose the service for your location and appointment time. Standard, Urgent, and Hospital & Care Facility visits include mobile travel and coordination plus the first notarized signature. Additional services may cost extra when disclosed and approved.

Homes, offices and other non-facility locations

Need a visit within two hours? Choose Urgent Notary Service. Our team must confirm availability and arrival time.

Overnight scheduling: Overnight visits must be scheduled before 8 PM that evening. For a visit after midnight and before 8 AM, schedule before 8 PM the previous day. This requirement also applies to urgent and holiday overnight visits.

Overnight and holiday pricing: Prices shown are starting rates. Your total varies by location, appointment time, notary availability and service requirements. Call (888) 879-2818 before booking for a confirmed quote. We will confirm availability and your total price for approval before the appointment is finalized.

All times are Pacific Time. Use the appointment’s start time. Holiday pricing replaces the normal time-band price; do not add both. Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your date is a holiday. Urgent pricing applies to a visit needed within two hours of the request, subject to confirmed availability.

Hospitals and care facilities

Use this service for hospitals, assisted-living communities, skilled-nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers and other care facilities. The facility rate applies even when the signing takes place in a lobby or common area.

The signer must meet the requirements for notarization, including acceptable identification, willingness and ability to communicate. Have the complete document available and confirm facility access requirements. This visit does not include legal advice or document preparation.

Additional notarized signatures

The first notarized signature is included in the visits above. Additional notarized signatures are $15 each for the applicable notarial act, subject to state-law limits and exemptions. Count each signer signature requiring notarization, not just the number of documents.

Example: A weekday daytime Standard visit with one notarized signature is $85. With two notarized signatures in total, choose “2 total notarized signatures — 1 additional” for a total of $100. Use the required “Total notarized signatures — first included” selector inside your chosen service; it updates the booking total automatically. Do not add a separate signature service. For more than 11 total signatures or an uncertain count, contact us for a quote. The separate signature-count question at checkout is information only and does not add another charge.
