SMS Terms of Service

Enclosed is a copy of the boilerplate terms of service covering minimum requirements from the carriers:

  1. SMS Communication
    This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

  2. How to Opt Out
    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  3. Need Help?
    If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@immediatemobilenotary.com or call us at (888) 879-2818

  4. Carrier Liability
    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. Messaging Rates & Frequency
    As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

  6. Privacy
    For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

General Terms

  • Service Availability: We strive to keep our services up and running, but Immediate Mobile Notary cannot be held liable for any downtime or disruption.

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through our forms or communication platforms.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not misuse our services or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
